Join our daycare team! As a Daycare helper, you’ll dive into a world of fun, learning, and endless giggles with our adorable little ones. If you’re passionate about shaping tiny hearts and minds, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:
1. Assist children in cultivating healthy habits related to eating, dressing, and personal hygiene.
2. Engage children through various activities like storytelling, music sessions, outings, and creative arts to encourage learning and self-expression.
3. Cultivate collaborative relationships with colleagues and community service providers for comprehensive child support.
4. Evaluate children’s abilities, interests, and needs, communicating progress or concerns to both parents and colleagues.
5. Oversee and manage the activities of other early childhood educators and assistants, as needed.
6. Establish and uphold a safe environment that prioritizes children’s health and well-being.
7. Curate stimulating activities for school-age children in pre and post-school childcare sessions.
8. Monitor and report any potential learning or behavioral concerns to parents or supervisors.
9. Develop and implement childcare programs designed to foster children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

1. Completion of secondary school is required

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time, 40 hours a week, $21.5 per hour
