Rio Brazilian steakhouse Ltd. is looking for qualified Cooks to work at our restaurant!

Job Description:

– Employer: Rio Brazilian Steakhouse Ltd. dba Rio Brazilian Steakhouse

– Title: Cook

– Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

– Wage: $17.62 – $20.00 per hour (To be negotiated)

– Work Location: 2729 Barnet Hwy, Coquitlam, BC V3E 1K9

– Business address: Same as above

– Hours of work: 30 ~ 40 hours/ per week

– Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary

– Positions Available: 2

 

Job Duties:

– Prepare and cook various types of Brazilian foods

– Braise and grill various types of meats and vegetables

– Order, maintain and monitor inventory and records of food

– Prepare and make sauces for meal on the menu

– Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

 

Job Requirements:

– Education: Completion of high school is required.

– Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a cook is required OR completion of a three-year apprenticeship program, college or other programs in cooking.

– Language: English
