Hourly wage: $27.50

Working Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Main Duties:

·       Arrange and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, such as ICEF, WEFC or seminars with educational institutions

·       Manage travel requirements as assigned including airfare and accommodations

·       Develop and maintain a filing system

·       Fill documents, and enter data and maintain databases

·       Update and maintain office policies and procedures

·       Provide support in all aspects of office management, including ordering supplies, managing inventory and ordering equipment repair

·       Receive and screen telephone calls, and taking and distributing messages

·       Greet visitors and help them find right staff member or room for their appointment

·       Prepare and proofread invoices and collecting receipts

·       Compose emails or other correspondence to clients, education institutes, agencies, or partners on behalf of the company

·       Perform administrative tasks such as printing and copying

·       Write down minutes and meeting summaries

·       Respond to general inquiries concerning company’s services

 

Requirement:

·       At least completion of secondary school

·       Previous experience in office administration is an asset

·       Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office applications

·       Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
