Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Manager to join our team. As a Food Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food establishment. This includes managing the kitchen, supervising staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Manage all aspects of food preparation, production, and service

– Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures

– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

– Create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability

– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

– Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

– Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry

– Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

– Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

– Proficient in cash handling procedures
