looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to oversee the operation of Seero’s office to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Office Manager will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, considering the following duties and qualifications as a minimum requirement:


·       Provide comprehensive administrative support to the engineering team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

·       Act as the first point of contact for the office, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

·       Create, format, and edit documents such as reports, proposals, and technical specifications. Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and physical documents.

·       Organize and facilitate meetings, including setting up video conferences, preparing meeting materials, and taking minutes.

·       Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

·       Assist with financial administration tasks such as invoicing, expense reports, and budget tracking.

·       Provide support to engineering projects by coordinating schedules, tracking project timelines equipment, and liaising with project stakeholders.

·       Assist in maintaining positive client relationships through timely and effective communication, and support in organizing client meetings or events.

·       Enters and processes a range of documents, including invoices, timesheets, work orders, purchase orders, requisitions, training and travel requests, expense claims, membership fees, accounts, notices, credit checks, and cheque requisitions.

·       Conducts clerical and administrative tasks for the management

·       Performs additional related duties as needed.





Qualifications[AS1] :

·       Completion of a post-secondary diploma is required.

·       Considerable knowledge of office practices and procedures.

·       Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

·       High customer service and satisfaction level is a must,

·       At least one year of previous experience in people management,

·       Previous Administrative experience is an asset, and

·       Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, days, evenings and weekends to meet urgent deadlines.
