Position: Cook

Job Duties:

– Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
– Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
– Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs,andmonitor and order supplies
– Inspect kitchens and food service areas
– Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
– Order supplies and equipment
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
– Clean kitchen and work areas
– Manage kitchen operation

Requirement:

Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of experience as a cook is required OR completion of a three-year apprenticeship program, college or other programs in cooking.
Language: English

Conditions.

· Wage: $20.00-$22.00 / hour and 4% of vacation pay, 10 days Paid Vacation
· Working Condition: 30 – 40 hours a week.
