We are looking for a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Sharetea Coquitlam location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will ensure that our staff delivers the highest quality bubble tea and customer experiences.

Job Position: Food Service Supervisor
Business Location: Q-435 North Rd, Coquitlam BC V3K 3V9
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20 per hour
Working Hours: 35-40 hours per week
Language of work: English

Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff who prepare and portion our beverages.
· Ensure our high quality control standards are met.
· Manage staff schedules and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
· Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
· Check newly delivered products for quality and quantity.
· Address customer’s complaints or concerns with professionalism and care.
· Ensure that all wok areas are clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
· Manage inventory by ordering supplies when needed.

Requirements:
· At least high school graduate
· At least 1 year of successful food and beverage experience required; Experience in supervisory or managerial position is a strong asset
· Self-motivated, organized and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· A passion for customer service and team motivation
