Sierra Lane Construction Ltd. is a medium-sized engineering, construction, and project management firm, which has operated in Western Canada, primarily Alberta and British Columbia, for more than 35 years. Our company has been involved with many aspects of construction, specializing in commercial and industrial building development, municipal services installations, property development and architectural design builds. Sierra Lane Construction Ltd. is seeking a Light Duty Cleaner join our team.

Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

Vacancy: 2 positions

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week), permanent position

Language: English

Salary: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities:
-Vacuuming and cleaning driver cabinets for oil/water hauling trucks
-Perform daily cleaning of commercial buildings, including floors.
-Use vacuum cleaners to clean carpets and floors.
-Wipe and disinfect surfaces such as desks and bathrooms.
-Empty trash cans regularly.
-Clean glass surfaces like windows and mirrors.
-Maintain office equipment cleanliness.
-Ensure high-quality cleaning services for employees and customers.
-Adhere to safety regulations and may assist with additional cleaning tasks.

Requirements:
No formal education required;
Experience is an asset, however on the job training will be provided.
Be hard working, self-motivated, willing to work in a camp setting.
Able to stand for a long period of time and lift up to 35 pounds.
