Duties:
-Manage staff work schedules as per changing priorities and made sure that projects finish on time by setting goals and deadlines for the employees.
-Help Management in recruitment of new employees and in training. Coordinate office admin activities and implement company procedures and policies.
-Analyze internal processes and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as work productivity.
-Manage office supplies, oversee equipment maintenance, and new equipment orders. Maintain inventory and cost control procedures.
-Assist management in preparation of office budget, coordinate work related to new and under process projects.
-Maintain key data relevant to the business and prepared reports for management and staff for future projects and training.
-Coordinate work performance review of the employees.
-Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained for employees and clients.
-Schedule work route for service technicians.
-Evaluate types of products and services to be advertise and suggest management on new promotional and marketing strategies to attract home and business owners for services.

Requirements:
-Completion of secondary school is required.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
-The ability to work long, irregular hours, and to remain focused throughout.
-Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time, 40 hours a week
