Type:               Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)

Schedule:        Day, Evening, On-call, Shift, Weekend

OVERVIEW:

Languages: English

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work setting: Relocation costs covered by the employer; Willing to relocate; Restaurant.

 

TASKS:

·       Requisition of food and kitchen supplies.

·       Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

·       Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

·       Hire food service staff.

·       Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

·       Address customers’ complaints or concerns.

·       Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

·       Prepare and submit reports.

·       Prepare food order summaries for the chef.

·       Establish work schedules.

·       Supervise 3-4 people.
