Since its establishment, Subzi Mandi Cash & Carry has been a cornerstone in providing grocery and carry-out food essentials for families across the GTA. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality and authentic products. We are currently looking for an experienced Stock Clerks Supervisor – Retail to oversee our inventory management and staff coordination. This role is a full-time, permanent position, 35-40 hours of work per week with a starting wage of $22.00/hr. Additional benefits include free parking.

Position Responsibilities:

·         Ordering merchandise and organizing and maintaining inventory

·         Resolving customer complaints and supply shortages

·         Supervising and coordinating activities of workers

·         Establishing work schedules and procedures

·         Preparing and submitting reports

·         Coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work

·         Coordinating activities with other work units or departments

·         Training workers in duties and policies

·         Planning, organizing, and overseeing operational logistics of the organization

·         Supervision: 3-4 people

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

·         Fast-paced environment

·         Work under pressure

·         Handling heavy loads up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

·         Attention to detail

Qualifications:

·         Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

·         2 to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

·         Ability to work in day, early morning, evening, morning, night, overtime, shift, and weekend schedules
