Overview:

Join Subzi Mandi Cash & Carry, a premier destination since 2005 for high-quality groceries and authentic carry-out foods. We are seeking an experienced Baker to uphold our high standards in bakery products.

Responsibilities:

·       Bake mixed dough and batters.

·       Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

·       Prepare special orders.

·       Ensure the quality of products meets established standards.

·       Inspect kitchen and food service areas.

·       Operate machinery.

·       Organize and maintain inventory.

·       Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

Qualifications:

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Cuisine Specialties: East Indian

Food Specialties: Breads and rolls, Desserts and pastries

Work Setting:

Supermarket, bakery department
