Education requirement: Completion of Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience requirement: Suitable candidate should have minimum 2 years to less than 3 years work experience of corporate sales.
Job duties and responsibilities:
– Coordinate the sales activities to build a healthy and profitable relationship with our clients.
– Assign job duties and provide assistance to members of the sales and customer service team.
– Set monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets for the sales team, ensuring these targets are realistic and achievable.
– Devise new and original strategies & techniques necessary for the performance of sales team.
– Research and identify business opportunities, generate leads and target potential clients.
– Develop, maintain and improve relationships with key accounts to maintain service and client loyalty.
– Coordinate with other departments in company to ensure that business objectives are being properly executed and are on schedule.
– Liaise with back office & field team to create more comprehensive and effective business plans.
– Oversee the recruitment, training processes and monitor staff performances.
– Stay up-to-date on current market changes and trends to develop new and original sales strategies.
– Track the competition and all new trends and products in the market.
– Work as a link between management, staff and clients.
– Attend trade shows, conferences and exhibitions and represent the company
– Achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values
