Job Description:
– Supervise and coordinate work of other farm workers and labourers
– Oversee agricultural activities including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, or harvesting of produce
– Assign and oversee schedule of all farm workers and other labourers as per requirement
– Assess, suggest and help in the implementation of work procedures, as required
– Supervise procedures to maintain crop health
– Ensure that the safety procedures are followed by all farm workers and by everyone attending the Farm worksite
– Maintain records pertaining to quality control and production
– Operate and maintain farm machinery
– Responsible for maintenance of equipment and supplies
– Train other farm workers, if required
– Perform general farm duties, as required
– Perform other related duties as instructed by the management
