Overview
We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
Responsibilities include:
- managing office communications
- maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
- preparing and coordinating daily team schedules according to work orders
- communicate effectively between team members and clients
- manage email correspondence
- monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts
- perform basic bookkeeping activities
- deal with customer complaints or issues
- monitor supply inventory and place orders
- assist in vendor relationship management
Requirements and skills:
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
- knowledge of basic accounting
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- highly organized and has ability to multi-task
- must be able to communicate in both English and Vietnamese
- able to work flexible hours (overtime, evenings, weekends)
