We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks.  You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.


Responsibilities include:

  • managing office communications
  • maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
  • preparing and coordinating daily team schedules according to work orders
  • communicate effectively between team members and clients
  • manage email correspondence
  • monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts
  • perform basic bookkeeping activities
  • deal with customer complaints or issues
  • monitor supply inventory and place orders
  • assist in vendor relationship management

Requirements and skills:

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
  • knowledge of basic accounting
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • highly organized and has ability to multi-task
  • must be able to communicate in both English and Vietnamese
  • able to work flexible hours (overtime, evenings, weekends)
