Tav Stone Limited specialize in installation and fabrication of premium countertops for both residential and commercial entities. Our warehouse and main office located in 1711 Walmont Way, Richmond, BC, V6V 1Y3

We are looking for a Stone Installer Helper to join our team.  Previous experience is an asset but not a requirement, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Aid in the installation of natural and manmade stone countertops
• Removal of laminate, tile and other existing countertop surface materials
• Transport of stone and other materials and tools to and from job sites
• Loading and unloading of countertops safely
• Read work orders accurately
• Use hand tools; grinders, saws, routers, sanders
• Upkeep of vehicles
• Work to proper safety standards
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers and supervisors
• Use a “leave no trace” mindset to ensure entire job site is cleaned thoroughly

Requirements:

• Able to life and maneuver 75+ lbs
• Ability to work with rulers, tape measures, shop drawings and perform simple math calculations
• Excellent math skills (able to read and understand units of measurements)
• Work well in a team environment
• Able to communicate and act professionally with clients
• Attention to detail a must, as their safety and the safety of fellow team members is top priority
• Able to work flexible hours (eg. Evenings and weekends) and overtime if necessary
• Ability to speak Vietnamese (not required but highly valuable)

We offer high wage from $16 to $25 and up, depending on skills and experiences, and including vacations and holidays and bonus based on performance.

Due to the nature of the jobs, we need staffs who can travel to job sites and client places to do installation and fabrication, and will reimburse for the travel expenses
