1 Office Administrative Assistant needed

Job Duties:

  1. Answer telephone and  return email enquiries
  2. Recording all client data onto system
  3. Scheduling appointments
  4. Managing all contracts
  5. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  6. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  7. Arranging reservations
  1. Requirement:
    1. At least 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience
    2. A relevant Diploma in office administration field is preferred

Language at work: English

Hours of work per week: 40

Wage: $24.00 – 26.00 per hour (overtime 1.5x base wage)

Benefit: 4% vacation pay
