Job Title: Chocolate Maker

Location: 215 Banff Ave, Banff, AB T1L 1B1

Number of Vacancies: 1

Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Wage: $17 per hour

Vacation: 4% of gross salary

 

Job responsibilities:

-Creating a variety of confectioneries from chocolates according to recipes

-Tasting and evaluating chocolate for flavor and quality

-Tempering and molding chocolate

-Pouring chocolate into molds and designing chocolate

-Ability to work with chocolate and nuts

-Daily cleaning duties of the retail store (restocking product, tidying shelves, maintaining cleanliness of the retail area)

-Complying with food and safety standards

 

Qualifications and skills required:

– At least 2 years of experience in baking

– Completion of Secondary School

– College & Diploma in the related field is a strong asset

– Intermediate in English
