Salary: $24.50/hour + bonus $2 per billable hour and year-end profit-sharing bonus.

The Hitch House is considered to be one of Canada’s premier Motorhome Dealerships. For over 50 years, we have grown into a 14-acre display lot with a 50,000 square foot facility where we stock, sell and service millions of dollars’ worth of Motorhome inventory every year. Our tenured staff are proud to be part of a team working in this modern, technologically advanced, and cutting-edge Motorhome Dealership.
We are actively looking for a passionate RV Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in a hands-on technical role. Our team is dedicated in knowledge sharing and skills development. The ideal candidate will be a team player open to learn from and share their knowledge with the team.
Responsibilities:
General repair to motorhomes
Perform maintenance repairs on unit components including but not limited to: siding, windows, doors, awnings, cabinets, counters, plumbing and electrical systems, batteries and charging systems
· Minor and Major repairs to compartment doors/storage bays
· Source and repair water leaks
· Roof Replacement
Follow a checklist to complete pre-delivery inspections of unit
Evaluating & assist with the preparation of estimates
Diagnose, repair, maintain, and inspect RVs
· Maintaining a clean and safe workplace
· Perform any other duties as assigned
· Collaborate with others to find repair solutions
Requirements:
– High school diploma
– 3 years of experience in a hands-on technical field
