Overview

The Rag Machine is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join the team.

This is a permanent, full-time position; 40 hours per week; $22.60 per hour.

Duties:
– Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff;
– Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions and policies;
– Set up store display and ensure products are accurately labelled;
– Check and maintain inventory; purchase inventory as required;
– Process orders including authorizing payments, invoicing and scheduling shipments with couriers;
– Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints;
– Maintain an organized, clean, and functional store environment;

Qualifications:
– Completion of secondary school is required;
– At least one year of previous work experience in retail sales;
– Previous experience in supervising is an asset;
– English language ability is required.
