Restaurant Manager

TIGI Investments Inc dba Opa! of Greece located in Victoria is looking for a RESTAURANT MANAGER to join its team as soon as possible.

Duties:
• Manage, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Manage, recruit and train staff
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational
procedures
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Develop, implement and analyze budgets
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Provide customer service
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Ensure Opa! of Greece’s policies and procedures, and adhere to company standards

Salary: $25.00/hr for 40 hrs/week

Job Requirement:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: at least 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
