Title:               Food Service Supervisor

Wage:             $18.65 per hour

Type:               Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)

Schedule:        Day, Evening, Night, On-call, Weekend

OVERVIEW:

Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work setting: Relocation costs are covered by the employer; Willing to relocate; Restaurant

 

TASKS:

·       Establish methods to meet work schedules.

·       Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

·       Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

·       Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

·       Address customers’ complaints or concerns.

·       Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

·       Prepare and submit reports.

·       Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys

·       Supervise 3-4 people.
