Position Details

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hourly Wage:$20.00

Weekly Hour: 30 to 40 hours

Duties and Responsibilities

-Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting clients with product information and selection.

-Process customer orders accurately, ensuring correct specifications and quantities, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.

-Maintain clear and effective communication channels with clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring their needs are met and questions are resolved.

-Proactively identify and resolve customer issues or complaints, working collaboratively with relevant departments to ensure swift and satisfactory resolutions.

-Develop a deep understanding of the granite and quartz products offered, enabling you to provide detailed information and recommendations to customers.

-Prepare accurate price quotations based on customer requirements, product selections, and current pricing structures.

-Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders, providing timely information about production, delivery, and installation schedules.

-Solicit feedback from customers about their experiences and satisfaction levels, using this information to continuously improve service quality.

 

Qualifications

-Completion of Secondary School

-Prior experience is an asset
