FULL TIME CONSTRUCTION CLEANERS – Various locations – Start ASAP

Large company specializing in the construction cleaning sector is looking to fill various positions throughout the GTA in our Residential (condo) and Commercial (buildings/warehouse/ industrial) construction cleaning divisions.

Full time

·         Monday to Friday, mostly day shift (7am – 3:30pm)

·         Some afternoons or weekends when required.

Job Description:

Residential:

·         Final cleaning of residential condos units prior to owner occupancy

o   Washing windows, wiping kitchen cabinets and vanities, mopping of floors, vacuuming, taking our garbage

Commercial:

·          Final cleaning of various types of spaces

o   Complete final clean of office areas, washrooms, parking garage, lobby areas, mechanical and electricals areas

 

Starting Rates:   Start $17.50/hour             After probation $18.00/hour

 

Note:    All position will require full PPE (Personal Protection Equipment): hard hat, safety glasses, safety boots and safety vest.

Preference will be given to individuals with prior cleaning experience and individuals with Working at Heights and WHMIS training.
