Job Title: Security Guard Supervisor

No of Vacancies: 4

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time (Overtime, Day, Weekend if required)

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Address: 424 Solaz PL Gibsons, British Columbia V0N 1V5 (Various locations around Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and coast region

Wage rate: $ 27.50 per hour for 37.5 hours per week

Education: High School

Experience: 6-8 months of Security Guard Experience

Languages: English

 

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Security Guard License

Job Duties:

·         Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments

·         Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery

·         Establish work schedules and procedures

·         Handle emergency situations

·         Prepare and submit progress and other reports

·         Resolve work related problems

·         Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers

·         Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

 

Essential Skills: Oral communication, working with others, Problem solving, Decision making.
