UnitedCloud Inc. is looking for a permanent, full-time Information System Testing Specialist to join our dynamic team!

 

Position: Information System Testing Specialist (NOC 22222)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time, Day, Morning, Afternoon

Hourly Wage: $37.50 – 38.00 (30 – 40 hours per week)

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: 100 Rainbow Rd #206, Chestermere, AB T1X 0V2

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Develop and record software testing plans and test cases, including a range of testing types, such as functional, performance, security, system integration and user acceptance testing

·         Configure and setup proper performance monitoring tools and metrics (Sitescope, Diagnostics, ..)

·         Sets the testing strategy considering timelines, impacts, and risks

·         Install software and hardware and configure software testing environment in preparation for executing testing

·         Execute, analyze and document test results of software application tests and information systems tests

·         Develop and implement software and information system testing policies, procedures and scripts

·         Identify, report and propose solutions to product defects, track the resolution to completion.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

·         College diploma computer science, computer programming or or a related field

·         At least 1 year of work experience

·         Familiarity and understanding in Computer Software/IT

·         Strong organization and effective interpersonal skills

·         Accurate, Team player
