Overview

Valuce Hospitality’s Ltd (dba Franklin Food Lab), is looking for a Head Cook to join their team.

Permanent, Full-time, $23.08 per hour; 30-40 hours per week.
Bonus based on Sales Performance. Extended Health benefits are optional.
Standard 6–8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled between 9AM to 2AM as required.

Duties:
– Cooking everything on the menu;
– Prepare Yakitori ingredients, ramen ingredients, and other Japanese foods;
– Inspecting ingredients for quality and freshness and supervising all food preparation.

Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;
– Previous experience with Ramen and Japanese Yakitori cuisine is an asset;
– Japanese language ability is an asset;
– English language ability is required.
