Overview

Valuce Hospitality’s Ltd. dba Zakkushi on Main, is looking for three Assistant Cooks to join their team.

Permanent, Full-time, $18.50 per hour; 30-40 hours per week. Bonus based on Sales Performance. Extended Health benefits are optional.

Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled between 3PM to 2AM as required.

 

Duties:

– Cooking everything on the menu;

– Prepare Yakitori ingredients and other Japanese food;

– Inspecting ingredients for quality and freshness and supervising all food preparation.

 

Requirements:

– Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a commercial cook;

– Previous experience with Japanese Yakitori cuisine is an asset;

– Japanese language ability is an asset;

– English language ability is required.
