Hours of Work: 30~40 hours/week
Benefits: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of vacation fee renumeration
– Receive and respond to daily emails from employers, colleagues, and clients.
– Handle requests for information and date.
– Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and messages.
– Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
– Receive and record payments.
– Arrange meeting with client regarding the inquiries.
– Organize clients’ file and forward to responsible colleagues.
– Education: Completion of secondary school
– Experience: Completion of a one or two-year college or other programs in administrative assistant OR the equal amount of previous clerical experience is required.
– Language: Functional English language is required for this position.
