Job Description:

– Position: Baker

– Employer: Viking AG Foods

– Work Location: 5015 53 Ave, Viking, AB T0B 4N0

– Business Address: Same as above

– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

– Wage: $18.00 per hour

– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

– Language: English

Job Duties:

– Prepare dough and bake various baked goods and pies according to established recipes.

– Ensure the quality of products meets established standards.

– Bake bread, cookies, and muffins.

– Adhere to a production schedule to ensure timely preparation of all baked goods

– Maintain an inventory record for baking supplies.

– Create a daily kitchen schedule.

– Monitor and maintain the proper oven temperature

 

Job Requirements:

– Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.

– Experience: Completion of a three-or four-year apprenticeship program for bakers or Completion of college or other programs for bakers OR over 1-2 years of experience as a baker is required.
