Key Responsibilities:
Nail Care Services: Provide a range of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, nail art, and other treatments to ensure clients’ satisfaction is consistently exceptional.
Client Consultation: Engage in consultations with clients to comprehend their specific nail care needs, offering expert advice and tailoring recommendations accordingly.
Hygiene and Sanitation: Uphold a pristine and sanitary work environment, strictly following safety and sanitation protocols to safeguard the well-being of both clients and staff.
Product Knowledge: Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail care industry. Educate clients about the array of products and services available.
Appointment Management: Effectively handle client appointments, schedules, and walk-in clients, ensuring optimal time utilization and fostering client satisfaction.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, cultivate strong relationships with clients, and create a welcoming atmosphere within the salon.
Retail Sales: Advocate and sell nail care products and accessories, elevating clients’ at-home nail care routines through informed recommendations.
Qualifications:
Completion of Secondary (High) School education.
• At least 7 months of practical experience as a Nail Technician within a salon or spa environment.
• Proficiency in understanding nail care products, techniques, and staying abreast of industry trends.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• A strong passion for delivering top-tier nail services and surpassing client expectations.
