Administrative Assistant

Western Pacific Trust Company located in Vancouver, BC is looking for a enthusiastic, well organized and dynamic Administrative Assistant to join its team as soon as possible.

Duties:

• Coordinate and plan for offices services
• Manage incoming post mails or emails regularly and share and co-ordinate the flow of
information internally.
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Perform administrative tasks
• Schedule work activities and delegate work to office support staff
• Ensure that office procedures are followed, and deadlines are met
• Ordering office inventory prepare emails and spreadsheets
• Keep record of sales
• Preparing and sending invoices to clients
• Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
• Performing additional duties as required by management

Salary: $25.00/hr/ 40 hrs a week

 

Requirements:
Education:
Completion of secondary school education is required
Completion one- or two-year college program for administrative assistants or secretaries or 1 year of related experience
Experience: 1 year experience
Language: English
