Overview

Yakima Investment Enterprises Inc Dba Dairy Queen located at 817 Water Ave, Hope, BC requires a full time Grill Cook to join its team as soon as possible.

Main Duties:
• Perform required food preparation and ensure grill area is ready and supplies are fully stocked
• Prepare and cook meals on grill for customers
• Preparation of catering orders
• Ensure strict compliance with Health and Safety program
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, dining area, utensils, and equipment.
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• Keep records of the quantities of food used.
• Perform related duties as required by management
Employment Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• 1 year of experience in cooking or grill cooking
Or
Completion of college or other program in cooking
Or
Completion of 3 years of apprenticeship program for Cooks

Language: English

Salary: $16.25/hr for 40/hrs per week.
