Wage: $18.50 per hour

Benefit: 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days paid vacation

Hours of work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Job Duties:

– Supervise and coordinate activities of staff that prepare, portion and serves food.

– Ensure that food and service quality control standard.

– Establish work schedules and procedures.

– Supervise food service staffs and train them regarding the responsibilities, safety and hygiene in work area.

– Control records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

– Order ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.

 

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of High school

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service OR Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel, and restaurant management or related discipline are required.
