Responsabilités principales (80–85 %)

• Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de l’académie, plus de 250 élèves actifs.
• Gérer, diriger et évaluer les instructeurs de Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu et autres employés (5 à 10 personnes).
• Planifier, organiser et optimiser les horaires de cours, événements et séminaires.
• Gérer les contrats, horaires, planification et conformité aux normes du travail.
• Suivre les indicateurs de performance, la fréquentation, la rétention et la satisfaction des élèves.
• Assurer la conformité aux normes de sécurité, aux standards opérationnels et aux directives de la franchise Gracie Barra.
• Maintenir une communication continue avec la franchise Gracie Barra.
• Gérer l’inventaire des uniformes, équipements et accessoires.
• Coordonner le service à la clientèle en français ou en anglais ; la connaissance de l’espagnol et du portugais est un atout pour servir une clientèle multiculturelle.
• Préparer rapports opérationnels, financiers et documentation de soutien.
• Coordonner et superviser les stratégies de communication et la présence en ligne (réseaux sociaux).

Responsabilités secondaires (15–20 %)

• Agir comme instructeur suppléant de manière ponctuelle et exceptionnelle.
• Garantir la continuité des cours et services.
• Fournir formation technique et supervision aux instructeurs.
• Soutenir l’intégration et la formation des nouveaux instructeurs et employés.

Exigences obligatoires

• Maîtrise du français ou de l’anglais.
• Connaissance avancée du Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
• Certification ICP 2026 Foundation.
• Capacité à agir comme instructeur suppléant dans des situations ponctuelles.
• Expérience démontrée en :
  • Activités administratives et préparation de documents de soutien
  • Gestion des contrats, équipe, inventaire et réseaux sociaux
  • Leadership d’équipe
  • Service à la clientèle
• Excellentes compétences en organisation, communication et leadership multiculturel.
• Capacité à travailler de manière collaborative dans un environnement opérationnel à fort volume.

• Ceinture noire reconnue IBJJF en Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
• Connaissance de la terminologie du Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu en portugais.

Primary Responsibilities (80–85 %)

• Supervise daily operations of the academy, over 250 active students.
• Manage, direct, and evaluate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructors and other staff (5–10 people).

• Monitor performance indicators, attendance, retention, and student satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational policies, and Gracie Barra franchise guidelines.
• Maintain continuous communication with the Gracie Barra franchise.
• Manage inventory of uniforms, equipment, and accessories.
• Coordinate customer service in French or English; knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese is an asset for serving a multicultural student base.
• Prepare operational, financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise communication strategies and online presence (social media).

Secondary Responsibilities (15–20 %)

• Act as a substitute instructor on a temporary and exceptional basis.
• Ensure continuity of courses and services.
• Provide technical training and supervision to instructors.
• Support integration and training of new instructors and staff.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluency in French or English.
• Advanced knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
• ICP 2026 Foundation certification.
• Ability to act as a substitute instructor in temporary situations.
• Demonstrated experience in:
  • Administrative activities and preparation of supporting documents
  • Management of contracts, team, inventory, and social media
  • Team leadership
  • Customer service
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multicultural leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume operational environment.

Assets

• IBJJF-recognized black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
• Knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu terminology in Portuguese.
