Overview
Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes according to recipes
• Prepare special meals according to dietary-specific requests
• Coordinate with kitchen helpers during food preparation
• Oversee kitchen operations during assigned shifts
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Monitor portion sizes and ensure quality and presentation standards
• Set up and monitor meal service areas, as needed
• Ensure kitchen and work areas are clean, organized, and sanitary
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Education: Secondary school education is required.
Experience: 1 year of experience.
Employment: Full time, permanent position.
Language: English is required.
