Permanent Position: Food Service Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening Shift

Wages: $20.00 Hourly, for 37.50 Hours per week

Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible

Location: Tsawwassen Mills, 5000 Canoe Pass Way, Delta, BC V4M 0B3

Education: High School

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food industry is required.

Languages: English

Job Duties:

· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food,

· Establish work schedule,

· Estimate and order ingredients and supplies,

· Establish methods to meet work schedules,

· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage,

· Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures,

· Supervise and check assembly of regular trays,

· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Benefits: Relocation expenses will be covered by the employer as well as the first three months of medical insurance, if required. Free meal during working hours.
