Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time, Day, Evening, Weekend

Wage: $37.50 per hour, 30 to 40 hours per week

Positions Available:   2 vacancies

Job Description: Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards; May create new recipes; Instruct cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food; Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory; Supervise the activities of cooks and other kitchen staff; Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions; Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances; Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food; May requisition food and kitchen supplies

Languages:  English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 5 years or more

Work setting: Restaurant

Cuisine Specialties: North Indian, South Indian, Tandoori and Indo-Chinese dishes
