Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift

Wage: $28.81 per hour, 40 hours per week

Benefits: May provide periodic wage increases per industry standards and employee performance; Relocation costs covered by employer

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Positions Available: 2 vacancies

Job Description: May develop the budget based on the cost of daily operations and modify food preparation methods and prices according to the restaurant’s budget; Plan, organize and evaluate daily operations and inventory; Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget; Train, instruct, supervise and monitor staff; May establish work schedules and conduct performance reviews; Participate in the marketing plan and determine type of services to be offered; May balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms; Implement and enforce policies and procedures for daily operations ensuring regulations are followed including health and safety; Provide customer service, addressing customers complaints or concerns;  May also perform the same duties as workers being supervised

Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility

Languages:  English

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods, Work under pressure.
