Position Title: Carpentry supervisor

Job Duties:

Supervise workers and projects
Co-ordinate and schedule activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards
Communicate with other workers, installers, helpers, and subcontractors, to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments
Train or arrange for training on installation methods, problem-solving techniques, and interpretation of Mozaik drawings
Read blueprints and drawings, verify Mozaik drawings, cutlists, and CNC outputs prior to production to ensure accuracy
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Conduct quality control inspections before final project handover
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

Work experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Minimum 2 years of proven cabinet installation experience (kitchens, vanities, closets, and custom millwork). Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites.

Terms of Employment: Full time, permanent, 30 hours/week

Wage: $38.64/hour
