$36.00 per hour plus group insurance benefits permanent, full-time, up to 40 hours per week.
Applicant must have a college education and must have 3 years of work experience in the food service industry in a supervisory capacity. Applicant must provide proof of English proficiency by taking the IELTS or CELPIP English exams.
Job description:
Evaluate daily operations. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to restaurant budget. Monitor revenues to determine labour cost. Monitor staff performance. Plan and organize daily operations. Set staff work schedules., supervise all staff, train staff. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Conduct performance reviews. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
