Job Duties:

•   Prepare and cook authentic Korean and Japanese dishes, including bulgogi, teriyaki, bibimbap, udon, sushi rolls, and other traditional items.

•   Follow established recipes and cooking procedures to maintain consistent quality and taste.

•   Prepare, wash, and organize ingredients efficiently for daily kitchen operations.

•   Stock, monitor, and maintain fresh ingredients in refrigerators and storage areas to ensure food safety and availability.

•   Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

 

Job Requirements:

•   Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.

•   Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in this field.

•   Required Language: English
