Wage rate: $35.00 per hour, 40.00 hours week.

Education: High School

Experience: 1 Year to less than 2 Years

Languages: Good command of written & Spoken English.

Job Duties:

• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review evaluate and implement new procedures.

• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems/database.

• Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff.

• Order necessary items required for office and as well as for Electrician.

• Deal walk in client and help him/her with the information they needed.

• Maintain the effective operation and upkeep the office equipment, including photocopier, fax machine, printers, computers and telephones.

• Prepare Correspondence, reports forms by compiling data and other information.

Essential Skills: Oral communication, working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Continuous learning.

Knowledge of Equipment: Fax, Photocopier, Computer, Printer, Scanner

Knowledge of Software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF & Adobe
