We’re looking for a Line Cook to join our team! The right candidate will be passionate about food quality, consistency, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

**Responsibilities:**
– Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
– Prepare dishes for customers with allergies or intolerances.
– Keep work areas clean and organized.
– Follow menu standards and ensure ticket times under 25 minutes.

**Requirements:**
– 1–2 years of cooking experience.
– Secondary school or equivalent.
– Safe Food Handling Certificate.
– Experience with Italian cuisine.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
– Reliable and team-oriented.

– **Wage:** $19/hour (40–55 hours per week)
