Position Summary
We are seeking 2 talented and experienced Sous Chefs to join our culinary leadership team. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations, ensure consistent quality, and inspire a team of chefs in creating outstanding dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
– Assist the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations.
– Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
– Lead and mentor a team of chefs, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards.
– Oversee inventory management and assist with ordering supplies.

Requirements
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role in a professional kitchen.
– Proven experience cooking Mediterranean and/or Italian cuisine.
– Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of chefs.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards.

Employment Details
– Full-time, permanent position
– Wage: $23/ hour
– Hours: 32-40 per week
