Overview

Arpan Trucking Ltd is located in Surrey, BC is Looking to hire 1 Long Haul Truck Driver as soon as possible.

Duties:

-Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
-Load and unload goods
-Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
-Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
-Pay and receive payments for goods
-Perform emergency roadside repairs
-Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
-Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
-Transport and handle dangerous goods

Salary: $28.85 per hour for 60 hours per week

Location: Various Location throughout Canada

Job Requirements:
Language: English

Education: Secondary School education Required

License: Class 1 or A is required

Experience: Experience would be an asset but not required, Training will be provided
