Wage: $36.50 per hour
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Job Duties

  • Evaluate, plan, and organize daily restaurant operations
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu pricing in line with the restaurant budget
  • Monitor revenues and analyze labour costs
  • Supervise and assess staff performance
  • Recruit, train, and schedule staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Balance cash, prepare cash reports, balance sheets, and related documentation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns

Requirements:

  • Language: English
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1–2 years)
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Supervision: 5–10 employees
  • Work must be completed on site; remote work is not available
