Tofield Tempo Gas Station, located in the town of Tofield, Alberta, is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Cashier. Our gas station provides customer service, sales transactions, and general store support to the local community. We are now looking for one Cashier who is willing to work in a small, rural town environment.

Salary:
$15.25 per hour

Responsibilities:
• Operate cash register and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

• Stock shelves, replenish merchandise, and ensure the store is organized

• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting

• Assist with inventory counts and reporting low stock levels

• Ensure fuel pumps and surrounding areas are clean and safe

• Follow company safety procedures and policies

 

Requirements:
• Some high school education required

• Previous cashier or retail experience is an asset, but training will be provided

• Willing to work in a small, remote town setting

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–30 pounds
