Bene Sushi is looking for experienced Operations Manager, Restaurant

 

Restaurant: Bene Sushi Restaurant

Work Location: 1574 Marine Dr., West Vancouver, BC, Canada, V7V1H8

Position: Operations Manager, Restaurant, Full time, Permanent

Wage and working hours: $38.50 per hour and 30 hrs per week (full time)

 

Duties:

– Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues to determine labour cost

– Recruit staff and monitor staff performance

– Plan and organize daily operations

– Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

– Conduct performance reviews

– Control inventory and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

– Resolve customers’ complaints or concerns

 

Qualifications

– 3 year or higher of experience in food service sector including some supervisory experience

– Completion of college diploma

– English ability to communicate is required

– Responsible Beverage Service Certificate
