Position Available: 2 Butchers

Permanent, Full-time 40 h/ week, $22 / hour.

Requirement: Minimum 1year of experience, Secondary school diploma

Language: English

Tasks:
Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, Cut carcasses, sides and quarters, Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat,Wrap and package prepared meats, Remove bones from meat, Weigh meats for sale, Grind meats, Prepare special orders

Work setting: Butcher shop, Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment, Wholesalers
